1.Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the food and beverage reservations, applying the applicable rates in the table below.

■When canceling all

≪14 people or less≫

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days before → 50% 3 days before → 50% 7 days before → → 30%

≪15 to 20 people≫

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days ago → 50% 3 days ago → 50% 7 days ago → 30% 14 days ago → 20%

≪21 to 40 people≫

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days ago → 60% 3 days ago → 50% 7 days ago → 50% 14 days ago → 5 0% 20 days ago → 50% 45 days ago → 30%

≪41 to 60 people≫

Cancellation on the day or no visit → 100% The day before → 80% 2 days ago → 70% 3 days ago → 60% 7 days ago → 50% 14 days ago → 50% 20 days ago → 50% 45 days ago → 30%

≪61 to 80 people≫

≪101 people~≫

■Partial cancellation

≪Less than 20% of the number of people booked≫

5 to 3 days before the reservation date → Free 2 to 3 days before the reservation date → Free On the day of reservation → 100% of the meal price

≪More than 20% of the number of people booked≫

5 days to 3 days before the reservation date → Free 2 days to the day before the reservation date → 20% of the meal fee On the day of reservation → 100% of the meal fee

*However, cancellation fees will not apply if the number of participants is reduced by 5 or less until the day before.

2.The full amount of the cancellation fee will be paid by the customer based on the store's request.

3. We will not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations that fall under any of the following items.

(1) Natural disasters, transportation inoperability (including allied strike), other force majeure, etc.

4.If you do not come to the store within 15 minutes without contacting us on the day, we may cancel your reservation on the same day.
